CONSULTATION
FTS has over 40 years of experience with wildfire risk management and can help your organization with the development of your wildfire risk management plan. We can also provide an assessment of your existing plan to ensure your monitoring network provides the best coverage. This report will review your existing network and outline if you need to expand and install new stations, including how many and where to install them. INTEGRATION
Are you looking for a turn-key solution? Let our experts design, build, certify and deliver a solution to suite your specific needs. We can install and maintain it or help you build that capacity in your team with documentation and training.
MAINTENANCE
What works best for you? We offer three maintenance packages to suite your needs.
1. Annual On-site Maintenance (AOM), one of our professional technicians will visit your site(s) annually to perform scheduled maintenance, ensuring continuous monitoring.
2. Factory Exchange Service (FES), we provide replacement sensors for you to exchange at site, ensuring continuous monitoring.
3. Return to Factory (RTF), we receive the sensors you retrieve from site, perform scheduled maintenance, and then return them to you for re-installation at site.
DATA PLANS
Do you have a paid telemetry data plans that requires renewal? Or do you need to purchase or upgrade one of your data plans for your FTS hardware? FTS has partnered with Verizon and Bell for cell plans and Iridium and INMARSAT for satellite plans.
TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
Are you looking to build capacity in your team? We can provide regular and on-demand remote and in-person training and certification on installation, operation, and maintenance directly and through our global partner network.
INSTALLATION
FTS can provide full installation services in remote and hard to access terrain through our global network of installation partners to ensure products are installed and working properly. Let your FTS salesperson know you are interested when requesting a quote.
CALIBRATION
Do you have questions about calibration? Let our experts walk you through the specifics and recommendations for your product. We can perform all calibrations at our Canadian location and some through our global partner network.
