Ubicom Firmware Version 3.6.5 released

This update contains the following changes.

• (IMPROVEMENT) New command to return Iridium IMEI number [UB-245]
• (IMPROVEMENT) Low signal strength audit log message [UB-251]
• (BUG FIX) Default Date/Time set in the event of time of fix being unavailable [UB-200]
• (BUG FIX) Erroneous Datalogger time synchronization [UB-234]
